Terms of Use

Effective October 8, 2026. These terms apply to the services provided by Loiste.

Operator: Songyuan Liu (individual developer).

Loiste is for adults aged 18 and over. It offers an AI host, stories, recorded songs and comments from real viewers. Luna's appearance, voice, backstory and life scenes are digital character performances. Her replies can be wrong, do not replace professional services and are not an emergency support channel.

Do not post sexual, harassing, hateful, threatening, fraudulent or infringing content. Do not impersonate others, expose personal information, share unsolicited contact details or disrupt the service through spam or automated requests. We have zero tolerance for prohibited content and may filter or remove it, limit messages or ban an offending identity.

In the live room, long-press a viewer comment to report or block it; long-press Luna's reply to report it. Blocking controls what you see on your device. Reports are submitted for service handling. Rate limits and temporary muting after reports from several viewers also apply. Loiste's operator reviews and handles reports; you can use the public email below to submit reports, appeals or data-deletion requests. Automatic muting does not replace operator review.

You must have the right to share your content. We process it for conversation, memory and moderation; public comments are shown to viewers in the same room. Character, music and other materials are used under their respective rights. The app does not transfer ownership or grant separate redistribution rights to users. Free hearts are not payments or commitments to pay. Optional coins are purchased through Apple and used only for interactions in this app. They cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash. Apple's purchase screen shows the actual price. Coins do not automatically expire.

Paid gifts count toward this show's support ranking. A 10-coin priority song is ordered by net show spending, with submission time breaking ties; the current song is not interrupted. A 10-coin highlighted message is read at a suitable moment. Unfulfilled, expired or failed requests return coins according to their actual status; ordinary cancellation does not interrupt a song that has started. Outfit gifts and second-host PK are candidate previews when not open for purchase. The host chooses whether to wear an outfit during a show. The app offers no random prize pool, betting or cash rewards.

Network and provider failures can affect replies or audio. The app shows actual failures and available recovery options. You may stop using the service and request data deletion in Settings. Updated terms will explain material changes, and new data processing requires the corresponding consent. Contact and complaints: [email protected].
